Playoff Hockey Returns to The Tank: Round One Tickets Now On Sale
The postseason is here, and playoff hockey is coming back to The Tank. Tickets for Round One of the 2026 FPHL Commissioners Cup Playoffs are now officially on sale to the general public as the Athens Rock Lobsters prepare to make another run toward the Cup.
After an exciting regular season and a strong position atop the Continental Division, the Rock Lobsters are ready to bring high-intensity playoff hockey to Akins Ford Arena. Fans are encouraged to secure their seats early as demand is expected to be high for postseason action in Athens.
Round One Schedule (Best-of-Three Series)
Game 1: Friday, April 17th at 7:05pm - Home at Akins Ford Arena
Game 2: Saturday, April 18th - Away Game
Game 3: Sunday, April 19th at 4:05pm (if necessary) - Home at Akins Ford Arena
Round One will follow a best two out of three format, meaning the first team to win two games advances to the next round of the Commissioners Cup Playoffs. If the Rock Lobsters win both Game One at home and Game Two on the road, Game Three on April 19 will not be necessary.
Should the series be tied after two games, Game Three tickets will be available for fans as the team looks to continue its playoff journey in front of Crustacean Nation.
