Project RedOut Begins: Rock Lobsters Launch 2026 Commissioners Cup Playoffs at The Tank

ATHENS, GA – The postseason is almost here, and Crustacean Nation is ready to turn up the energy inside The Tank. The Athens Rock Lobsters are calling on fans to create a sea of red for an official RedOut for Game One of the 2026 Commissioners Cup Playoffs presented by Akins Ford

For the first time in the 2026 postseason, the Rock Lobsters will take the ice with championship momentum and the backing of one of the most electric home environments in professional hockey. Fans are encouraged to wear red, wear your lobster costume, wear your red jerseys, and bring the playoff atmosphere to life as Athens rallies behind its hometown team.

As the presenting partner of the playoffs, Akins Ford is helping fuel the playoff energy by giving away 2,000 special edition playoff rally towels to fans at the doors. Early arrival is highly encouraged; once the towels are gone, they are gone.
